Change your lifestyle by controlling Insomnia

Simple is the way to control insomnia so there's no reason to panic about it. Little diet and little change in life style will be a help to fight away insomnia. Food products consumed caffeine, should be avoided like tea coffee, cold drinks, and alike. Let your breakfast be bread, banana and cereals and avoid too much oily food. Say "NO” to heavy dinner and its the best to have your dinner 2-3 hours before going to bed. Heavy dinner mostly discomforts you to have a proper sleep. Do not consumed alcohol night before going to sleep. Although alcohol primarily acts as sedative, it prohibits you to sleep soundly for long at night.

It’s a habit of many to smoke in order to release tension however this awful habit undoubtedly spurs up several problems and one of there is Insomnia. Even, the change in this thoughts as well as the place can free you from Insomnia. If you are unable to sleep, just try not to panic or even think about it, best is to divert your mind to something else. However never do take sleeping pills.
