to panic about it. Little diet and little change in life style will

your control, please do not beat in the bush and consume sleeping pills
that will enhance your problem rather consult a doctor. Lastly, do not
take tension which will obviously make you weak rather than giving your
ultimate solution to the problem. So be well, be healthy and be positive
in your thoughts. Bring some change to lifestyle and one day you will
not panic about when the dawn is going to arrive rather You will hope
for the sunlight to crawl in a little late in your room. The reason
is that you will be too lazy to wake up
